I got my start at the Chart House and held a variety of corporate positions including Director of Operations and Director of Training while helping with over 15 restaurant openings. Chart House owned a franchise concept, Paradise Bakery, which inspired my wife Laura and I to create 7 unique restaurants in La Jolla, CA and the Boston market.
I have been involved in all aspects of business including Operations, Marketing, Financials, Real Estate, Legal and Training.
We currently own 2 restaurants: Cottage Wellesley and the Poynt. And don’t worry, with a corporate career and 7 businesses, I’ve already made almost every mistake you possibly could!
